1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using MirrorCheck ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

MirrorCheck provides AI-powered dating profile analysis, photo ranking, and conversation assistance. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate feedback and suggestions. Results are subjective opinions generated by AI and should not be taken as professional advice.

3. Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use MirrorCheck.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • One account per person. Sharing accounts is not permitted.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Content You Upload

  • You must only upload photos of yourself or photos you have the right to use.
  • Do not upload photos of other people without their consent.
  • Do not upload illegal, explicit, or harmful content.
  • You retain ownership of all content you upload. We claim no intellectual property rights over your photos or text.

5. Free Tier & Subscriptions

  • New accounts receive 3 free analyses.
  • After free analyses are used, a paid subscription is required for continued use.
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly ($6.99/mo) or yearly ($60/yr) via Stripe.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@mirrorcheck.org.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the AI models.
  • Upload content designed to manipulate or "jailbreak" the AI system.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others using information obtained from the Service.
  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit analysis results.

7. AI Disclaimer

MirrorCheck uses AI to generate feedback. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, biased, or incomplete. The Service is provided for entertainment and self-improvement purposes only. We make no guarantees about dating outcomes, match rates, or relationship success. Use the feedback at your own discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

MirrorCheck is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
